Refund policy

In accordance with our 14-day return policy, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was at the time of receipt. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us here to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and update you on the status of your return as soon as possible. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method, minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated, within 10 business days. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Product condition issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. In some instances, a replacement may be requested instead of a refund for items categorized as crayons favors or crayon gift boxes. Please refer to the next section of this policy ("Damage during transit issues") for a more detail explanation.

Return authorization for items shipped in error or items being return because they are defective will include a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being returned for other reasons will be paid for by the costumer.

Damages during transit issues

For items categorized as crayons favors or crayon gift boxes, a replacement may be requested instead of a refund in the case that the item is damaged during transit. To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 12 hours of the delivery time of your order (tracking information delivery date) and provide us with a picture of the damaged items. If a replacement is approved, a replacement for the amount of damage items will be sent within 1-2 business days. 

 Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products, including special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We reserve the right to refuse any return, at management's discretion, if the item being returned does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
