Rainbows and Dreams Shop creates many of our products by hand and/or to order. Please review the processing time shown on the individual product page before placing your order.

Processing Time

Processing time is the time needed for us to prepare your order before it is given to the shipping carrier. Processing times may vary by product, quantity, personalization, and season.

The processing time listed on a product page is separate from the carrier's estimated delivery time.

Shipping Options & Estimated Transit Times

Available shipping options are shown at checkout. Depending on the order and destination, options may include:

• Standard Shipping — approximately 3–5 business days
• Priority Shipping — approximately 2–3 business days
• Express Shipping — approximately 1–2 business days

These are estimated carrier transit times after your order has shipped and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

If you need an order for a specific event date, please contact us before ordering. We’ll be happy to let you know our current processing time and the shipping options available for your order.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.
